Ordering
Orders received Monday-Friday, by 4:00 PM EST, on in stock items will usually ship same day.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. We also except Pre-payment by Cashier Check or Postal Money Order. Pre-Payment by personal Check or business check will cause a delay in shipment for 10 days. Sorry No COD’S.
Shipping
We ship most orders via UPS normal ground service. If your order requires a higher priority, you can request one of the many other shipping methods offered by UPS.

We ship to all locations within the Continental USA and Internationally.
Return Policy
Please contact us during our normal business hours for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to authorized returns received and a 25% restocking fee will be applied to unauthorized returns. Product returns cannot be accepted after 14 days of the original ship date. No refunds or returns on electrical parts, including a/c clutches that have been installed on vehicles, and special order products. No credit will be issued for shipping charges.
Back Orders
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.
Damaged Shipments
We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged or lost in transit products must be made to the respective carrier.
